Our franchisee has a minimum of 1500-2500 sq.ft carpet area in a         residential location in the city. An independent villa (On ground floor) with separate boundary wall along with outdoor play area.

Ø     Should be located in residential area with good population density

Ø      We enjoy external economies as we benefit from the presence of multiple preschools with more than 80-100 kids in each preschool.

Ø   We render special assistance in identifying right locations.

Government Permission

Ø  Though Most of the sates don’t have rules to Upper Kindergarten schools,we would like our franchise to have required government permissions to open a franchise .

Ø   We have the benefit of converting electricity to commercial at a very low cost.

Investment

Ø   Rural /Semi Urban India: Rs 3.99- Lacs.(Including GST)

Ø   METRO/Urban India: Rs 4.99 Lacs.(Including GST)
